What is the order cut-off date for Christmas Day?
All Christmas Day tableware orders need to be placed by end of day Sunday 15 December.
When can I collect or have my Christmas Day order delivered?
All Christmas Day orders will be available for pickup from our warehouse or delivery on Thursday 19 December between 10am-4pm.
What day do I return or have my Christmas Day order collected?
Our warehouse will be open on Friday 27 December from 10am-4pm to accept Christmas Day returns. If you have booked a collection your order will be picked up on Friday 27 December.
Do I have to clean the items after use?
Yes you must wash off any food and empty liquids after use on crockery, cutlery and glassware and place back in transport tubs/racks. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning costs. Dirty napkins must be placed in provided bags/boxes. Any wet napkins are to be air dried before placing back in boxes to avoid mould growth.
Can I add/remove items to the tableware packages?
You can add extra items to each package if you require additional plates, glassware or cutlery. However you cannot remove items. Should you require only particular items from a package you can still order these individually from our hire collection. You can also add on other servingware and decor items including grazing boards, cake stands, vases & candle holders. Please note we are unable to offer tablecloth hire over the Christmas period due to Christmas closure of our commercial laundry.
Can I change items in the tableware packages?
You can change items in the package for another style or colour. For example you can change cutlery from gold to silver, or you can change glassware from one style to another.
Can you setup the tableware & decor?
Our packages have been designed to that you can easily set them up yourselves. You will receive your tableware orders on 19 December so you will have plenty of time to set and perfect your Christmas table.
